French Skin Care Secrets
These are some of my favorite, tried & true skin care products! I’m a bit of a skin care junkie, I’ve tried many things and these are some of my favorites that happen to be made in France. I always feel like even if you can’t afford all sorts of fancy creams and such, it is the routine and the consistency of a good skin-care regimen that makes the biggest difference (ie exfoliate regularly, wash twice a day, etc). And of course it is cliché but true, skin care is so much better of an investment than make-up. I don’t like too much make-up, or looking like I tried too hard. Better to take care of yourself an let your real beauty and confidence shine.
AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER I know, I know, its a bottle of water. But it is really cooling, soothing, and I can use it on my baby and not have to worry about it. Its a nice refreshing alternative to a toner some mornings. Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water
NUXE DRY OIL At first I didn’t like this one. The smell bothered me, I almost returned it. But after awhile I got used to it and started to love it. Just a dab here and there, just after the shower. FRESH SOY CLEANSER Of course I’ve seen this for years but until I tried it I didn’t understand what the fuss was about. It truly leaves my complexion soothed and glowing. And surprisingly it really deep cleans my pores! I just love that I can use it on my eyes to get all my makeup off. CAUDALIE HAND CREAM Okay, so a couple years ago I started to panic because my hands were looking really old.
